Important Upcoming Meetings and Proposal Deadlines

The deadline for registration for the Exploring the Hot Universe with XEUS workshop to be held in Garching, Germany (Sep 17-19) is July 30th. The deadline for early registration for the SLAC Summer Institute on Cosmic Accelerators to be held in Menlo Park, California (Aug 4-15) is July 31st. The deadline for proposals for the Applied Information Systems Research (AISR) component of NASA's Research Opportunities in Space and Earth Sciences (ROSES) - 2008 is August 27th.
